MOTU announced Digital Performer 7, that brings these new features (remind those from Logic Studio 8&9) : virtual guitar amps plugins (Custom 59) and pedals plugins (Guitar pedals), Channel Strip, Live Room (microphones configuration for cabinet recording), Inline EQ & dynamic , Lead sheets, recording for files larger than 4Gb, support for advanced multitasking and multiprocessing in Snow Leopard, sample-accurate MIDI Time Stamping, support for ProTools 8. The update is priced 195$.
